Admission is $10
Animal adoptions from 10am – 2pm
Zumba, corn hole, poker run, 5K run, doggie trot, live auction, luminary service, pet pictures, Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office K-9 exhibition, Oak Grove Fire Department dunking booth, music by the band Southern Experience from 10 a.m.-noon, low cost microchipping and more. Several nonprofit rescue groups will offer information about the responsibilities of being a pet owner. The event ends with a Bully Ball in Goforth Hall featuring music by Evergreen.

Buffalo Creek Gallery presents a celebration of Arts on the Square in Uptown Shelby, NC on the historic Court Square, Saturday, April 28, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm .
This annual outdoor FREE event features high quality, handcrafted art work from local and regional artists. This year’s event brings jewelry, pottery, paintings, woodworking, weaving, birdhouses, photography and much more.
4/28 European Classic Car Show
Join us for a beautiful spring event on the Square in Uptown Shelby, North Carolina for our 2nd Annual Broad River European Classic, a show of vintage and classic European and British cars. There will be a variety of activities for all members of the family to enjoy!

Ben Rector is scheduled to open the show at 7 p.m Tickets available online through etix.com for $20 per ticket, $15 each for groups of 10 or more, and $10 for GWU students. More information is available by calling Haley Pond at 704-406-4268. Tickets can also be purchased in the Student Activities Box Office.
Neil Simon’s comedy, FOOLS will be held at the Cleveland County Arts Council on April 29, 30, & May 1 from 6:00-8:00pm. You only need to come prepared to read from the script! (NOTE: Use the basement entrance on the parking lot side of the Arts Council.)
