You’re already tweeting my event. Already mentioning it on Facebook. So why should I pay to advertise?

As someone who loves our community and has a genuine interest in sharing information about Cleveland County, I choose what I post and when. As I have the information, on my own time, and whatever/however/whenever I choose. PAID advertising will give you control over how often I post and what I say. Your advertising helps fund the continuation of this site as I help you reach more viewers.

Advertising your event or business on Shelby Known is affordable and effective. The list below should give you some ideas of options available. Let’s talk about what might work best for you!

EVENT BASIC $15 the first week, $10 each additional week. Your Community Calendar listing will have it’s own unique color to stand out from other events. Your event will be mentioned 3 times on twitter and 3 on facebook during the week prior to the event at varying times of day to reach the maximum amount of followers.
EVENT BASIC PLUS $25/week or $50/month to be our Featured Event. In addition to the highlighted event on the Community Calendar and postings on Facebook and Twitter, an ad will be placed on top of the event calendar and in the side bar of shelbyknown.com for 24/7 visibility.
FULL BANNER AD $100 for a Banner Ad (top of screen). Runs for 2 weeks. Buy a full month and get an extra 2 weeks FREE.
Restaurant Specials and Merchant Coupons are FREE (currently), but must be coordinated in advance with Shelby Known. Restaurant coupons are typically buy one get one free, store coupons are no less than 25% off.
Non-profits receive 10% discount on these rates.
